10-year equipment warranty
Clear Coast package materials describe 10-year equipment coverage. Coverage is subject to the written agreement, including covered parts, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and service conditions.
Service-call fees
The Essential, Plus, and Elite package sheets disclose a $149 service-call fee when service is needed. The Premium brochure does not specify that fee; confirm Premium service fees in your written agreement. Do not assume that equipment coverage means free service visits or unlimited labor.
Standard installation and sales tax
Each listed price includes standard professional installation. Clear Coast covers applicable sales tax, so no additional sales tax is charged to the customer for the advertised package. The applicable standard scope is reviewed for your home before installation.
Unusual plumbing, electrical work, permits, or additional water-treatment requirements are disclosed before work begins. Do not interpret the listed package price as covering every possible site condition.
